Delta Recycling can offer asset management services, upon approval one of our experienced asset managers Asset Mgt will schedule a date and time to visit your facility, with their vast knowledge you will be presented with a cost effective and an environmentally sound quotation for required services.We are able to evaluate your waste stream and redirect the identified materials into the recycling stream.Delta Recycling in the strictest confidence would like to propose that after review you consider Delta Recycling to become your outsource partner of choice for the recycling of used electronics (e-waste) such as computers, IT related and specialty equipment.

       As you are aware there is a group of non-profit organizations, governmental and associated businesses that are developing a national electronics end-of-life program in Canada. This group works with an array of partners Asset Mgtand stakeholders to design promote and encourage implementation for sustainable solutions of Canada's electronic waste problem. We are following their guiding principles, the group of industry related endorsers are moving forward with a national campaign to encourage a ban all electronics from landfills by 2007 – 2008. Toronto computer recycling as the electronics recycling industry evolves there currently is “no specific private related and or governmental certificate of approval or recycling classification for our recycling business sector, manual processing / disassembly. The said group is working on developing the working guidelines and providing our recycling sector with a certificate of approval rating system. Currently we are considered a Tier One Recycler, disassembly, transfer station facility, which translates into because of our simplistic manual reverse engineering or de-manufacturing process we do not posses a liability to the environment, no grinding, Asset Mgtshredding or any processes by which is deemed hazardous to the environment. In turn we promote and use the best practices available; our best management (BMP) practices are guidelines for selecting the most environmentally desired methods for managing a waste stream, following the waste management hierarchy of reuse of electronic equipment and components, recycling equipment and components for material recovery, management for energy recovery, and finally, disposal of materials. The Delta Recycling (BMP) initiative constantly involves ongoing communications with local, provincial and federal government bodies keeping us informed and in turn provide the necessary educational information to assist you in your decision making process. Delta Recycling recognizes real cost’s, in comparison our recycling initiative proves to be cost effective and most importantly environmentally sound.

Onsite Review

Delta Recycling assists in coordinating the on-site packaging and removal.

On-Site Preparation

All smaller and or loose items must be packaged in manageable size boxes. If relevant all palletized materials must be stacked at a minimum of seven to eight feet high, and secured with a minimum of four tight shrink wraps per skid. The basic storage groups, if palletized must be stacked at a minimum of seven to eight feet high, and secured with four tight shrinks wraps per skid. All smaller and loose items must be stored in manageable size boxes.

Logistics

Delta Recycling for larger volumes will also consider paying an offset fee for the transport of the recyclables to our facility for processing.
